Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via Postal Service, First Class for domestic orders, and International Airmail for international orders.
 
We accept international orders and offer worldwide shipping. We usually ship the international order by DHL / UPS / FEDEX / EMS / USPS.
 
We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.
 
Delivery Time:
 
Usually, the goods will be shipped out at next day (working day) if you place the order and make the payment in the same day. And deliveries will take 7-10 working days to arrive. For other countries, it will take 10-15 working days.
Tracking My Order
 
1. After your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your order's tracking number from us. You can track your order via the Order-tracking Websites by using your tracking number.

Return Policy
 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
 
Non-faulty items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition. If we find that the product returned to us is not in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the claim for refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% off the selling price from the refund claim.
 
Please be aware that postage and packaging fees are not refundable, except the faulty items.
 
Faulty items
 
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, our website will refund or replace free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
 
Exchange
 
* All international returns should be returned to us within 14 days upon receipt of the order.
 
* The shipping charges for international exchanges are to be paid by customer (Unless the fault was caused by us). All duties, taxes, or fees required to be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
 
Please put this piece of paper, and the product to be returned, into a parcel, and mail to us. Please provide us the tracking number once you have shipped them back. We do not take responsibility for returning goods that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.
